We want our members to be confident in their purchases. The terms below outline when refunds may be issued.
1. Membership refunds
Membership fees may be refunded within 7 days of an initial purchase if no premium features have been substantially used. Renewals are not refundable but may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
2. Academy refunds
Course refunds may be requested within 7 days of enrollment if no more than 20% of the course has been completed, unless a different policy is stated at the time of enrollment.
3. Advertising refunds
Advertising fees are non-refundable once a campaign begins. Pre-flight cancellations may be refunded minus production costs already incurred.
4. Event refunds
Refunds for paid events follow the policy disclosed by the event organizer at the point of ticket purchase.
5. Donation exceptions
Donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of documented duplicate or fraudulent charges. See the Donation Policy for details.
