Organizers must be identifiable, reachable, and accountable for the accuracy of event information.

Submitted events are reviewed for clarity and alignment with our Community Guidelines before publication.

If ticketing is enabled, organizers must clearly disclose price, refund terms, and access information.

Organizers must notify registered attendees promptly when an event is cancelled or rescheduled and process applicable refunds.

Livestreamed events must comply with content standards. Recordings may be retained according to the organizer's settings.

All events — in-person and online — must follow the Community Guidelines.
