RPV Network respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects every member to do the same.
1. Copyright ownership
Members retain ownership of original content they post. Members must not post content they do not own or have permission to use.
2. DMCA-style reporting
If you believe content on RPV Network infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@rpvnetwork.org including: identification of the copyrighted work, location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your signature.
3. Music rights
Do not upload songs, beats, or covers without holding the necessary publishing and master recording rights, including required mechanical and sync licenses.
4. Video rights
Do not upload video that contains footage, music, or imagery you are not authorized to publish.
5. Image rights
Photos and graphics must be your own work, licensed, or used with the photographer's or rights-holder's permission.
6. Repeat infringement policy
Accounts that receive multiple substantiated infringement notices will be terminated.
